In the Abbott’s Comic Book, he says he’ll consult with experts!   WTF?

Now after watching “Little” Johnny Howard’s interview whilst representing… I’m not sure who,  at Ding Dongs funeral, I was going to write a post about how the conservatives seem to be devoid of any real sense of humour.

The observation upon which that assumption was made, was when I was reminded of that alleged laugh that he has, which gets his mouth moving, but shows no pretence of real mirth, and goes nowhere near his eyes in the usual way that a laugh does.

And Abbott’s laugh is much the same, staying pretty much confined to his mouth and feelling somewhat forced and false.

The other tell tale sign is that laughter is usually somewhat infectious, at least producing a smile in response, but when Howard or Abbott laugh, I just feel angry, like my usual senses have just been violated and they’re not being honest even in their laughing.

But I digress, as after reading in Abbotts comic book that he will “consult with experts” I have been forced to come to the conclusion that he must have some sort of sense of humour after all!

The very fact that he can make that statement whilst maintaining a straight face and even go so far as to put it in writing is laughable.

This is the man (?) who’s economic policies, during the GFC, were widely condemned by the vast majority of economic experts. The same experts who supported Labor’s  stimulus packages and were later proven to be right on both counts.

The same man (?) who said that AGW was “Crap” despite the vast majority of climate scientists (experts) warning of the consequences of ignoring the overwhelming evidence that it is a clear and present danger.

The man (?) who continues to ignore the experts over his Asylum Seeker Policy, over his Direct Action Plan, Over the NBN and the list goes on!

This is the man (?) and his party that have built an entire political campaign out of ignoring “The experts” for the sake of political expediency/ideology.

But then I suppose he/they would argue that they have listened to their own experts like; Jones, Bolt, Hadley, Murdoch, Rinehart, Monkton and the IPA, not to mention his entire front bench who are all legends… in their own lunch boxes, and experts on everything.   😯

So in conclusion, I was wrong   😯    cos Abbot must have a sense of humour, as he can’t honestly believe that anyone with even half a brain could take that statement as well as the entire contents of his Comic Book as anything but a joke.

So when Abbott points to his OUR PLAN Comic Book, and then says he will “Consult with Experts” My first reaction was WTF!   But my next reaction is… Good one Tones   😆   😆   😆   😆   😆   😆   😆
