I will take this opportunity to apologise in advance for anyone that might be offended by some of the language in this little ditty, but as most that know me would understand, this was the poem that was begging to be written 😯
So without further adjure, here it is:
The Suppository of Wisdom.
The suppository of wisdom
Is a curious little thing
It’s placed in nether regions
To make you look quite dim
It’s used by Abbott’s LNP
To produce their fiscal charts
And explains the gross stupidity
Of Abbott’s great brain farts
😯
So what is a suppository
And what’s it supposed to do?
You shove it up your botty hole
To clean out all the poo
It’s not a thing of wonder
And it’s not a thing of class
And it’s not usually a wisdom thing
Cos you shove it up your arse
So was it just a Freudian slip
Or something much more telling
As the lack of Abbott’s costings
Says that something there is smelling
Cos the timing of the statement
Coincides with the public hit
That the LNP are suffering
From talking economic shit
🙄
So their suppository of wisdom
Shows, for them, it really works
As their wisdom has deserted them
And left a bunch of jerks
Who expect us to believe them
And take them at their word
When the crap that dribbles from their mouths
Is totally absurd.
😯
They try to sell us “Fraudband
Which most know is just a crock
Through their expert, Malcolm Turnbull
Who’s a lying little cock
Chris Pyne talks education
Calling Gonski just a con
Then he backflips cos they’re losing ground
But his credibility’s gone
😦
With Morrison, stupidity flows
At a shocking rate of knots
Encouraging people smugglers boats
Cos the truth, is he wants lots
To prove that Labors plans won’t work
But his, are plans that will
But he’s overdosed on suppository’s
And now he’s just a dill.
😯
Now Julie Bishop’s had her hit
And her wisdom’s sadly lacking
And from her foreign affairs portfolio
The woman just needs sacking
She’s verballed all our neighbours
And her honesty’s a farce
As she throws death stares at everyone
Whilst talking through her arse.
🙄
But for the suppository of wisdom
By far its biggest users
Are Abbott and Joe Hockey
Those mega truth abusers
They lie about the economy
And all their hidden cuts
And they treat us all as idiots
When it’s them that’s really nuts
😯
So stop using your suppository’s
Cos wisdom’s what we need
From the right wing politicians
Instead of personal greed
We want some proper costings
And you to do your sums
Or like your suppository of wisdom
You can shove your policies up your bums.
😀
Love it, Truthy.

Great work Truthy, very funny old buddy, by the way, those suppos you gave me were a bit chewy , .
just in reference to your assertion to Julie Bishop, ( The Minister for startled Meerkats)
I found out, on good authority, that she was seeking a medical opinion into why she wasn’t getting ‘any’.
Long story short, she ended up in a Chinese traditional Medicine Clinic.
After a thorough physical, the Chinese doctor, informed her that she was suffering from, ‘Sacherys disease.’
When asked , what Sacherys disease is, the good Doctor said, ” Your face, look sachery same, as your arse hole’

I must admit to having a bit of a laugh myself whist writing it 😀 and my wife did too 😯 as I read it out to her as I was writing it.

Congratulations Mister Truth Seeker, that was very funny and is a classic example of how humour used properly can make a very powerful statement on politics and life in general. It also says that Tony Abbott and the LNP really do need a suppository because they are full of shit.

One thing you did miss out, Old Sophie. Mirabella apparently she will be gunned out this next election. Oops that sounds like another poem in the pipe line. nos dawch.zzzzzzzzzzzzz

Hefina, thanks for that 😀
I have to say that I did consider doing a verse on Mirabella, and also a few others, but I decided to leave her out especially, cos out of all of the LNP, she is IMHO lacking the most; decency, honesty, morals, humanity, and I doubt there was ever much wisdom to lose. And she is followed closely by Brandis and Abetz. 👿
As you may have guessed, I’m not a fan 😯 so I hope that she is “gunned” out at the election, and good riddance. 😀
I hope you get a good sleep too, although I have to admit that if I get four to five hours straight, I’m doing well 😦

Truthie you’re instant view of the world is amazing. To be able to respond so fast with so much humour is to be admired. I saw robb on the news waving a piece of paper around. The man is a masochist. He suffers from depression (and we are supposed to offer comfort to the disabled) but he puts himself in the most depressing job in the world, trying to do rabbott and hockey’s tax return. He must spend a fortune at the chemists. Keep up the good work.

Morning Jock, 😀 and thanks for that 😎 I appreciate your support and kind words 😀
All I can say is that depression must be contagious, cos I feel depressed every time that I hear Robb speak, or in fact see him 😯
Maybe he can claim his meds on expenses, as Abbott seems to be able to claim everything? 😯
How are you getting on with the new laptop? And is it running windows 8, as my wife’s new laptop is on 8, and I really struggle with it.
Luckily I use my Macbook, which I find much more user friendly 😀

Truthie Maybe I got a deal or maybe conned but it came installed with 7 but the deal included a licensed copy of 8. The salesman said my wife and I might struggle with the big change from our ancient machine and that we should get used to 7, then install 8. I think he was right. We’re still trying to salvage stuff off the old one. and slowly finding stuff on the new. But most importantly we can still have a chuckle at your poetry.
LikeLike
Jock, yes I would suggest not even bothering with 8 unless you have a good understanding of Tablets, as the format for 8 is more compatible to those IMHO.
I have an old desk top that I built with a friend a few years back, that still runs XP, and I still use it for my guitar system, and other older applications that will not work on any of the later systems, but I do everything else on my Mac, and find it much better than any of the later windows systems.
I think 7 was the best of the latest incarnations, and would probably stick with that as long as you can 😀
Having said that, I’m glad to have you back on line, and contributing here 😎
Good luck with the new system, and keep up the good work 😀

“………….Mr Abbott has put yesterday’s comments about a Liberal candidate down to “exuberance” and “a daggy dad moment”, but Mr Rudd says any employer who made similar remarks about an employee would be in “serious strife”.
And today the Opposition Leader caused another stir when he referred to the push to legalise gay marriage as being “the fashion of the moment”.
Labor used the remarks on radio station 2SM this morning to label Mr Abbott “out of touch”.
Meanwhile, the Liberals have announced they will preference the Greens last in every seat, and Mr Rudd has ruled out any post-election deals with cross-benchers…..”
