SCAM ALERT!

Scam Alert!images

Is it any wonder that Aussies are targets for every scam artist around the world, when like terrorists, some of the worst scammers operating in Australia are home grown.

And we see regularly on tabloid TV about shonky operators ripping off pensioners, the elderly, the greedy and the naive, while we sit there and say “Well how sad”, or “It’s their own fault”, or “I would never be that stupid!”

Well, if you are one of those that think it will never happen to you, cos you’re too smart, then think again, cos there’s a new scam in Australia that is sweeping this country, and is set to make some already rich people much richer, as they rip off more pensioners and elderly, the sick and the frail, parents, children, the naive and the just plain stupid, than any other single scam so far.

In fact this scam has the potential to not only rip off more than all the other scams put together, but is big enough to ruin our environmental credentials and send our country into recession.

What is this scam?

Who are the perpetrators?

What can be done to stop them?

Well, this scam has many parts, and attacks us on many fronts, but the main things to watch out for are:

  1. Direct Action!images
  2. Fraudband!
  3. Operation Sovereign Borders!
  4. In fact all of the coalition policies!

The perpetrators are The LNP!

To stop this scam destroying our economy, our futures and the Australia that we all know and love, make sure that you don’t fall for their lies and spin, and put them LAST on all ballot papers.

Cos if they win, BE AFRAID… BE VERY AFRAID!

Tell your friends!

SCAM ALERT!

Would you buy a used car from any one of these?

Would you buy a used car from any one of these?

It was intentionally succinct and lacking some substance, as I and many others have covered the substance ad infinitum. 😀 But I did include a link to the latest of Alan Austin’s fine articles for those like your good self who would like some more substance. 😉

You are obviously not a fan of the LNP so if you haven’t already, I would recommend that you click on the link, and read all of Alan’s articles that are linked there. 😎

You misunderstood … my reply was directed at Treeman … I get really miffed when people say “you’re wrong” then leave a gap for a counter argument … If you are going to enter into adult debates, then you need to be armed with an opinion backed by a genuine desire to impart information that supports you’re point of view … simply saying “tripe” is like my 4 year old farting in the bath … exasperating and juvenile.

its only with the brain washing of the international criminal, Rupert, that the dumbed down suckers can even listen to them without puking.

Very interesting times. If Libs get in, everyone will claim they didn’t vote for them, as usual..

Very well said, Truthie. 🙂 Wished you had a Bravo emoticon. It would come in handy. 😆

On last night’s TV news on 7 they showed Abbott at the Liberal fundraiser held the night before. The one attend by that “denigrater” of Kevin Rudd & the ALP on Lateline, Roger Corbett, (who co-incidentally also belongs to the Warringah Liberal Party which wasn’t revealed by Lateline). Anyhow, John Howard was standing there to shake the esteemed one’s hand. Abbott grabbed Howard’s hand in his usual threatening manner, briefly shook it, hardly looked at his Great (Ex-)Leader & walked off leaving Howard standing their like a stale bottle of beer, looking rather perplexed. It appeared as though he never even spoke to Howard apart from possibly a g’day but he didn’t seem to do even that. It does seem as though he believes in Murdoch’s garbage that “He’s The One”.

I feel a bit like a parent who’s finally had to admit that if the child is absolutely adamant about making a stupid mistake, let ’em. There’s nothing like a dose of reality to bring the lesson home. So if Labor is to spend some time in the wilderness, which I still don’t accept, the electorate will have plenty of opportunity to rue their foolishness.

The sad thing is, nothing we have said about Abbott is not truth. Abbott could even get control of both houses. Not sure if that is good ot bad for Labor. Could mean hos house of cards, built on sand collapses faster.

Abbott, in hos haste to demolish anything that has Labor’s name on it, will bring to the public notice, that Labor has given them much. Abbott will be in a hurry to take all away. The higher one climbs, the greater it hurts, when one falls. Fall, Abbott will indeed do.

Abbott discussion with Annabel’s kitchen, showed much of Abbott;s character. What I noticed, was his talk with Turnbull, who was silly enough to tell Abbott some home truths, led to his downfall.

I do not believe that Abbott has any beliefs when it comes to policy, His views on any that are put forwarded, seems to be, based on, what is in it for me. He did not believed in climate change, had no real interest in the matter, but seen it as a tool to get rid of Turnbull, then Rudd, followed by Gillard.

I do not believe he has any belief either way. He just does not care, or have any interested in whether carbon emissions caused damage or not.

It is about being PM, for the sake of achieving the job, nothing more.

He is probably the most opportunistic politician this country has seen.,

It will be interesting to watch his progress, if we are unlucky enough for him to be elected.

What does Abbott stand for. What are his policies. What does it mean, to say, I want to be seen as a infrastructure PM, and narrow that down to roads?

Why does he want to destroy the infrastructure for the future, that is already in place. Hew does not even see any of it as infrastructure. Infrastructure and technology that is needed for this century.

Praying for humility. He has a long way to go.

Fed up, I think your assessment is spot on, his only interest is self interest, and he will do whatever it takes to get the top job. 😦

I think the first problem that Abbott will encounter is that he hasn’t really though about what will be required of him if he gets the job???? 😯

And sadly instead of praying for humility (which I think would be a complete waste of time) he should be praying for forgiveness for all the lies and backstabbing, but then his first term would be a wipe out, as he would be doing penance for the bulk of it 😯

It’s amazing that the rudest, most arrogant, dishonest, thuggish bullies seem to be LNP members and supporters. 😯

I was watching Andrew Robb, bullying his way through an ABC radio interview with John Faine, and was reminded of all the LNP mp’s who in all formats, talk over the top of people, interupt, and prove that they are nothing but bullies and thugs.

Part of the problem that the ALP have had, is that they try to be fair and allow the LNP to have their say, only to be talked over and shouted down when it’s their turn to speak.

You just can’t be nice or fair when dealing with the LNP, cos they just don’t play fair, and that’s in their DNA. 😯

I saw another example this morning while taking my wife to work. As I drove through Landsborough in the Sunny Coast hinterland to head up the range, my wife pointed out all the candidates signs thrown in a heap under a tree, but as we drove on, we realised that it wasn’t all the signs, as there were still plenty of Mal Brough signs standing, and his were the only ones. 😯

They are bullies and thugs supporting thugs and criminals. 😯

Just listening to Kev talking in Gosford… sounds like an adult. Had the misfortune of hearing Tones earlier and it was like listening to a semi literate child. The right wing supporters that flood the web use exactly the same rude and offensive behaviour as their heroes, unlike the reasoned well referenced dialogues offered up by supporters of both the Labor and Greens. Guess there’s a lot to be said about the people of ‘calibre’ but I don’t think it has anything to do with character, more to do with their proclivity to ‘shoot’ their mouths off in the most foul manner.

Orangefox, thanks for your comment and support, 😀 and I, like many others, feel your pain 😦

You are dead right about Abbott, and I agree about his speech. 😯 He threw in his “I’m humbled” to the last sentence, in fact the last few words, which to me came across as an afterthought. 🙄

Thanks for the suggestion for the title of my next post, and I will keep it in mind for one in a week or so, as I am already compiling my thoughts for my next piece, and have a couple of titles in mind to express my anger and frustration.

Take heart though that it was not the massacre that Murdoch was aiming for, and we will rebuild quickly from this, with nearly all the good ones still standing 😀

As I said last night, on “The Lounge”, after the result, “No respect shown… so none given!”, and that’s one of the titles that I’m considering for my next piece. 😀

And let’s hope that we can “Stop the Abbott”, before he does too much damage 😦

      Cheers 😀

    Top effort Truth Seeker.
Your posts and passion will be valuable over the next few years…we need bloggers like you to keep the bastards honest…hold them to account…apply intense scrutiny…it’s unlikely the fawning MSM will do likewise.
Thank you for your supportive comments over the years. I intend to take a break and reflect. It has been a long and emotionally draining nine years of commenting and blogging.
Keep well. Sending you good karma. Best to you and your family.
    Moving…forward…

Nas, thanks mate 🙂 I greatly appreciate your support and all your efforts too, and I hope that you can get the rest that you need and truly deserve.

I’m sorry for your most recent loss mate, and hope that this time of rest and reflection will also be a time of refreshing for you and “S”, and know that if and when you feel ready to return, you will be warmly welcomed back. 😀

Take care of those eyes and each other, and know that you will be in my thoughts 🙂

      Cheers 😀
