LNP, they just never learn!

Dunce2LNP, They just never learn!

As 2013 slowly fades into the annuls of history, and February sees the parliamentary year  getting under way, we are starting to see the Abbott’s true agenda.

We are now seeing;

  • The  LNP ramping up the rhetoric on unions, as Abbott follows his long term ambition of destroying worker representation (said unions) and, thanks to a prolonged propaganda campaign, herding many that voted for them, like Mogadon  addled sheep, back to the good old days (for some) of “Serf-choices?”   😯
  • The “Return from the policy Abyss ” of Abbott’s own ABCC, which, by the way, did not result in one criminal charge being laid, is a clear indicator of things to come, if they get control of the senate!   👿
  • Abbott taking potshots at the ABC, laying the foundations for splitting it up ready for privatisation, or at the very least setting the ground work for substantial cuts   😯
  • Abbott’s “Crystal Clear” vendetta against anything left of Malcolm Turnbull, with the announcements of Judicial enquiries and in some cases Royal Commissions into pretty much anything that might give him an excuse to destroy the unions and attack the ALP.   😉
  • The LNP attacking the financial viability of the most vulnerable in society, and cutting the allowances of soldiers deployed in what are still dangerous and volatile regions.   😦    presumably to pay for all the enquiries and commissions they’ve announced.
  • More excuses and (although I have said repeatedly that nothing they do would surprises me) , for at least some, more surprises   😯

So they will spend untold millions on Labor and union bashing, and will cut untold millions from the welfare budget, cos it’s much more important to put the full resources of a nation into personal vendettas, than it is to look after the most vulnerable in society?   😯

We’ve had Morrison and Abbott defending the Navy, against allegations of torture, and accusing some, of casting aspersions on their professionalism, while making statements themselves like the classic “Small boats, big ocean!” or Abbott’s  “Winds and tides” excuse for why the Navy were “Inadvertently” in Indonesian territorial waters.standoff1

Now I would have thought that the alleged PM saying the Navy doesn’t know where they are at times, cos there are wind and tide factors in the open ocean, is more of an insult to the professionalism of the Navy, than the media looking into allegations of abuse, which the government should be looking into themselves, to clear the air one way or the other.

Instead of making puerile excuses, and making themselves look completely stupid, they should be making sure they know what happened in both instances (If they don’t already   😉   ) so that;

  1. We can be confident that there aren’t any rogue elements in our border security forces.
  2. We don’t end up with our multi million $ warships impaled on a reef somewhere, or attacked by one of our neighbours, defending their “Sovereign Borders”?
  3. The rumours can be dealt with, and we can have some transparency from the government… What a novelty?   😯

Sadly though, this is the Abbott and his LNP, so we can rest assured that there will be;

  1. NO answers.
  2. NO enquiries into what should really be looked at.
  3. NO transparency.
  4. NO honesty.
  5. NO vision.
  6. NO morals.
  7. More excuses
  8. More buck passing.
  9. More lies and dishonesty.
  10. More propaganda and deceit.
  11. More cronyism.
  12. More waste.
  13. More rorting.
  14. More unemployment.
  15. More cuts.
  16. More sell offs.
  17. More slogans.
  18. Less ideas.
  19. Less services.
  20. Worsening economic outlook.
  21. Worsening international relations.
  22. Degrading of our international reputation.
  23. Bad policies.
  24. Bad decision making
  25. Bad government

And that’s just their good points   😯

Since the start of the year, we’ve seen most of the front bench trying to rewrite history, along with Andrews scaremongering and telling lies about the welfare system, with Abbott, Bishop, Morrison and Hockey in particular, demanding special mentions for making complete arses of themselves.   🙄

Prior to the election, they claimed many things were “In their DNA”, most if not all of which have since been shown to be no more than just pure sloganeering or complete BS!

The truth is that this LNP mob only have positive plans and a real (hidden) agenda for their wealthy mates and multinational donors, and the things that are most evident in their DNA, are the things that never appeared on their list; things like lies and deceit   😯

But the biggest intrinsic problem with the rabid right, and real flaw in their DNA is, that when it comes to the

LNP, they just never learn!   😯

Hi Truthie as always another excellent article. Did i hear right that abbott is blaming the workers at SPC for the problems that they are having. Apparently trying to get yourselfs a decent wage and conditions is just not on. Wasn’t this the same guy during the election he would turn up at manufacturing plants and car plants etc in his orange vest, pledging everything that he could think of. I noticed that one of his colleagues whose area that SPC falls in, was on ABC radio and pretty much called him a liar……..i wonder if that will stick. Truthie i feel really sad for this country because a whole of people are gonna suffer for the benefit of a few.

Yes it’s all the workers fault, cos they did insist on paying their bills and feeding their families… The greedy bastards 😯

Same at Holden and Toyota for that matter 🙄

Wazman, mate you’re not alone in feeling sad for Australia 😦 but it’s good to hear from you, and know that you’re still out there 😀

Well Truthy as I read your treatise into this shambolic government something dawned on me and that was Abbott told one truth 😯 leading up to the election.
He said there will be no surprises from an LNP government and anything these sickos do does not surprise me at all 😡

Truthy as we know, Abbott, when leader of the Opposition, with the help of the MSM and his pack of shock jocks on radio, destroyed Julia Gillard because she told one “lie” (she didn`t) about carbon pricing.
Now that it has been proven quite clearly that he and Hockey both lied re their comments about the workers at SPC Ardmona,we can now look forward to the headlines in Rupes Rags,”THIS LYING BASTARD MUST GO”. every day until the next election.
If you believe that will happen you would have to correctly assume I`ve Lumped off my patio again and landed on my head, again!!!!!!!!!!!!

As for the LNP never learning – they are not here to learn they are here to tell others what to do. They will will never understand “lead by example” as having any value.

Thank you for more of your excellent & incisive work, Truth Seeker. 🙂

As an aside, according to news.com.au no less, the workers at Cadburys in Hobart are the ones who have actually had the large pay increases. 24% over the past four years!! Must have had shocking wages to gain such an increase. Nothing about that from the sleazebags Abbott, Abetz & Hockey. 😯

More people are starting to question whether or not Abbott is actually an Australian citizen. Someone in FB, (who also came to Australia as an assisted migrant around the same time as Abbott & at about the same age) actually scoured the National Archives for any sign of his having become a citizen. Nothing found. It has been said that his Australian-born mother would have had to have British citizenship to qualify for assisted migration, not that if she still held Australian citizenship would have automatically made Abbott an Oz citizen. It doesn’t work that way. Has his wife taken out citizenship as well? It would have been the only way she could have voted for him.

There are many questions. Now bloggers are openly writing about the relationship between Abbott & Credlin asking why isn’t Margie in Canberra living with her husband in the luxury house rented for them while the Lodge is being renovated? Why is Abbott still living at the AFP training school? 😉

    • Truth Seeker says:

Yes there are many questions that need answers, but I won’t hold my breath for them 😯

I thought that Cadbury was a well heeled multinational company?

And $20 million for marriage counselling is hardly the model of good fiscal management? 😛

You hardly ever see Margie now, but then we don’t see that much of Abbott either? 🙄 Having said that, I’d be happy if I never saw him again 😯

      Cheers 😀

Wow, Joy! I don’t suppose you’d have a link to the info about the Cadbury workers? Of course, the difference between Cadbury and SPC as far as the LNP is concerned is the fact that Cadbury is in Tassie where an election is imminent. Won’t it be hilarious if the Victorian Government comes tumbling down unexpectedly? It’s only being held together at this point by the support of one rather disgraced/besmirched former Liberal.
As for Tony and Margie – well, we’ve all been quietly wondering about that. If they’re separated, good luck to them, but why not just say so and get on with it?
Also, does that bit about the luxury house actually mean that it’s sitting empty at the tax-payers’ expense?
    Love your work.

Thanks, Kate. 🙂 Yes, I do happen to have a link to the article. http://bit.ly/MYEqKu It was written by Malcolm Farr no less & to see him questioning Abbott’s activities is unusual.

Also, yes, the very luxurious house rented for the PM & family is sitting empty with the taxpayers footing the $3000 per week rent bill plus maintaining it as you would any rental property.

The reason bloggers are now being more open in questioning Abbott’s private affairs is due to his & the MSM blatant hypocrisy in crossing the line by slagging off about Julia Gillard’s relationship with Tim Mathieson & questioning its sincerity but are quite happy to grant Abbott all the privacy in the world. In truth his affairs are far more juicy gossip-wise than Julia’s private life ever was.

Morning Truthie just came across this article in the NZ herald this morning apparently its front page news……..http://www.nzherald.co.nz/world/news/article.cfm?c_id=2&objectid=11197024. Basically they are asking the question is Australia the worlds most enviromentally unfriendly country. Australians could be forgiven for wondering if the federal government they elected last September is the most conservation-hostile in living memory.
Critics warn that moves by Tony Abbott and his Environment Minister, Greg Hunt, will not only degrade the country’s most outstanding natural assets, but make Australia an international laughing-stock. The UN has already threatened to list the Great Barrier Reef as “in danger” when its World Heritage watchdog committee meets in Qatar in June.

I stated on another thread – don’t give up SPC-Alcoa & affiliated enterprises; the 29 November Victorian state election is not that far away, whereas Tassie’s is in the next few weeks – anything can happen.

Hi Truthie and thanks for another good article, you know my internet has been down and out for 2 weeks thanks to the incompetence of Telstra but thats another story, but it has made me realise that without the internet we would all still be fed bullshit by the Msn and politicians and corrupt overlords, and most people would have no choice but to believe it all like they did in the past. Your truth seeker blog and other like minded publications are like a breath of fresh air after 2 weeks of pure bullshit , non reporting of facts and mindless public and commercial Television drivel and dumbed down effluent,so keep up the good work, not that you need any encouragement but it’s there anyway. TS, as someone who’s partner is always looking for better & cheaper ISPs, & has found them, I can confidently say that we have never had to be “off air” for any length of time due to the changeover. If you are off contract it is dead easy to “churn” to a new provider. Sometimes they say you might be off air for a couple of hours (which we have never noticed). Usually it runs very smoothly. The only problem is that if Telstra goes down so does those providers that have to use them as the delivery system. Same with Optus.

Our monthly internet bill is much lower with many more GBs of download, free uploads.plus using VoiP phones make phone calls a zillion times cheaper. How about 10c per call (not a minute) to ring anywhere in Australia sound like? 1.9c per minute for overseas calls? We use Amaysim for our mobiles (which we own) no monthly fees, no flagfall & 12c per min.

Thought you might like to know. 🙂

Our village’s exchange was only upgraded so Telstra could charge the NBN for it but were loathe to actually allow us to have the installed ADSL2+ until we hassled them so much they caved in. 😆 It also depends on how many “ports” (whatever that means) are available at your exchange.

Hi there truthie, well the sh*t as they say is really starting to fly now. The minster for Defence has had a go at the ABC for basically something that was reported in the Fairfax papers, unfortunatelty it backs up pretty much what the ABC reported in the first place. How does the government deal with this, more accusations of bias a call for an investigation on the ABC. If they were really serious about getting to the truth all they need to do is produce the video or photo’s of the incident and then it would be all over. Even some of the die hard libs are starting to scratch their heads now and wondering what the hell is going on. Well anyway truthie i hope your having a good day.
