Pig (LNP), meet lipstick (Turdball)!turnbull1+

So here we are, with the biggest liar deposed, by the biggest fraudster!   😯

I say that, not with any reference to Godwyn Grech or “Utegate”, even though they are relevant, but because Turdball, in his first foray into QT, made it perfectly clear that the great “Moderate” of the LNP, has done a Judas, and sold out to the rabid right.

But not for the money, per se, but for his own egocentricity!   😈

And the LNP conversely, have gone for a leader, not because they want him, but simply because he’s the most highly polished turd available!   😯

A marriage of convenience, made in the depths of hell; which shows that Turdball obviously isn’t that smart, cos if he was, he would know for sure and certain that once he delivers what the LNP hope for from him, he will go the same way as Abbott, dumped for the likes of Morrison (Morescum), or some other darling of the corporate, rabid right.   🙄

The very fact that the LNP heavies including Turdball, himself have publicly stated that it’ wasn’t the policies, but the salesman that was the problem   😯   ; has shown their hand, hoping that the great unwashed will be so overawed by their shiny “new”, regurgitated leader, that they won’t see the truth of their ongoing deceptions!   😛

Now sadly for at least some, that will be the case, as the relief of seeing the back of the worst and most divisive, alleged, PM in our history, will blind them to the Turdball reality.   😦

And while the deals are being done, to secure his position, like giving Bananaby Juice, control of the Murray Darling and other water resources, the rabid right of the LNP are now falling over one another to see who can crawl the furthest up Turdball’s arse, in a frantic bid to be on the “Winning” team.   😯

So, after doing exactly what the LNP pilloried Labor for, the question is who are the winners and losers?

Well Julie “it had nothing to do with me” Bitch-chops appears to be the big winner, with around 70% support for maintaining her position as bridesmaid, when Turdball only got around 55% , and a mere 6 votes from a second political oblivion   🙄

The nats have had a win or two, with the concessions  gained under the “new” COALition agreement, even though there was little to no chance that they would have pulled the pin on there only option for political relevance!   😦

And of course the rabid right of the LNP who have bought themselves some badly needed time, in the hope of fooling the unwashed masses in to giving them a desperately wanted second term.   😯

The losers are… us, our country and our future!   😡

The truth is that nothing about the LNP has changed, other than the leader, which was made blatantly clear to anyone who bothered to watch Turdball’s first QT, where he confirmed his support for everything Abbott!   😯

His hypocrisy is also something to behold, as in his first presser, he claimed that science and technology are where our future lies   😯   and this from a man who has spent the last two years, as communications minister, trying to sell his and Abbott’s plan for a third world NBN, that will be obsolete well before it’s even finished, and leave us trailing the rest of the developed world, in communications technologies, not to mention the massive debt blowout associated with failed management of the project!   😡

For those that think Malcontent Turdball is a “conviction” politician, and will be good for Australia,  you only have to look at day one of his PMship to realise that his only conviction is that he deserves to be PM, and will do whatever it takes to fulfil that overriding, narcissistic,  ambition, including selling his arse, and any morals/principles he is perceived, by some, to have.

And with the first week of Turdball’s tenure, barely begun, I make the obvious introduction…

Pig (LNP), meet lipstick (Turdball)!

Great stuff Truthy – one of your best.
Turnball is yet another IQ test for Australians – and this one they really cannot afford to fail.
No doubt Murdoch’s propaganda machine will be in on the act soon to guarantee their cut.

Though Bernays/Goebells may have died, their evil influence is now rampant on a global scale.

Yes, but he’s walking such a fine line, that I’m not sure how long he’ll be able to keep it together…

I’m sure the LNP are hoping… just long enough 😯 but he’s already off to a shaky start, and I hope that QT will open up a few more cracks 😉

I differ slightly in response to you in that Shorty barely kept Abbott in check [and Abbott is an Imbecile]
How is Shorty going to keep Talc Malc in check because when Utegate happened Rudd was PM and no matter what Shorty may believe he is I know he does not stack up any where near any former Labor PM

Mate, I agree, Short-on is just that, and he’s going to have to lift his game to a whole other level if he wants to stay in the job, and win the next election??? ❓

But there’s still a chance that Turdball’s ego might turn out to be his own worst enemy 😯 if his first day, and captains call on water, are anything to go by 😉

But then there’s the MSM to deal with, which ads another level of difficulty for Short-on 😡
I reckon we have a couple of weeks, but not much more 😦

    Good article Truthy .
    it is interesting to go back to 2009 to see what people thought of Turnbull {Mr 18% at the time }
As the Abc article {have-we-forgotten-what-turnbull-was-like} points out

As leader, Turnbull rated very low on honesty. And while arrogance is Abbott’s trademark, as leader Turnbull trumped him, with 69 per cent of voters rating him as arrogant.

Turnbull wasn’t the preferred Liberal leader when he held the job. In a reminder of how political fortunes can change, voters looked to Joe Hockey, especially immediately before the leadership spill that knocked Turnbull off.

From a guy who followed him daily for 5 years. A goog insight into matters.
Apparently even now, techs say fttp is the ducks nuts while ours ponder other.
It is also another furphy, ploy to get the public up in arms to give them an open chequebook which in reality, only pays for our further entrapment by net. Commercially, subserving, privacy.
A bullshit president, bullshit bill of serco rights and a sadistic health system. The dream and sales pitch, all waltzing matilda and apple pie. The reality , no one wants.
It appears the election in Canning is quite important to heights. Murdoch says have an election before Labour sacks Bill Shorten.
Another aspect of net is that we’ve been able to sit back and think about the spying issue-which Malcolm pushed- and the entrapment. The recipe that Mark Scott of the ABC has written informantly of recently is that we are being drowned in global, largely US content and are losing our identlty as well as content with no funding. Swallowed up.
So i dont mind the dilemma of non starting on the net fixtures. Perhaps Australia should have its own internet and features other than be owned and swallowed up. I notice the media highly complicent , widespread by cunning concerning agenda’s and the “background music”.
Scotts article and take on matters is very detailed and informative if you can find it on the ABC.It also very much concerns our future. Mainly that there is little to mention.
I can safely say the last 5 decades have been total bullshit and you can kiss Australia goodbye especially as you’ve known it and the sales pitches of where we were heading and aiming.

    Meanwhile, back at The Ranch:
Researchers find that California’s snowpack, which supplies a third of the state’s water, is at its lowest level in 500 years.
“A new analysis published Monday in the journal Nature Climate Change shows that the snowpack, which came in at just 6 percent of average, was at its lowest in five centuries. By late May, the snowpack was gone. This record low is unprecedented over 500 years…”

Yet Mad Malc says Abbott’s widely discredited ‘Direct Action’ is working well.
He is indeed a man of few scruples.

Remember, Turnbull is now the new driver of the same night-soil truck. He has sold his so-called progressive policies down the toilet to get the job and he is supported by the most dis-loyal deputy any leader has ever had.
It will only be a matter of time for those RWNJ ( 44 of them) to start agitating to pull him into line , and for those out there in voter land to once again see through Turnbull, like they did when he was LOTO. When that happens, and it won`t take long I suggest, who will they turn to then?

I’m sorry to have been inactive for some time but I’ve tried to stay in touch with the goings on at TSM.
It’s really been a strange fortnight in retrospect but I hope Whispering Bill wears his undies on the outside for a while.
I’d probably get started by pulling the dust cover off Gretch’s ute. That way you can take the great deceiver, Eric Abetz down in the first attack. Abetz was the conduit by which Gretch’s day dreams reached Turnbull. Turnbull had previously practised as a Barrister, Abetz was formerly a solicitor yet they both abandoned every thing they had professionally guarded (mainly the truth) to pursue political opportunism. Neither man was worth a tinkers curse after that event.
I just hope that Abetz’s rumoured imminent loss of his Ministry is not Turnbull’s revenge for ‘Utegate’ but it would add an interesting layer to the Turnbull character if it were true.

I’m happy now the _____ is gone, now watch out for the real Neo-Con stepping up…

WSWS — The ousting of Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott and his replacement by Malcolm Turnbull in a leadership spill within the ruling Liberal Party, was all over on Monday in a matter of hours. For the third time in five years, the Australian population awoke yesterday to find the government changed, behind their backs, as a result of sordid scheming and manoeuvres by small cabals of power brokers operating on behalf of powerful corporate interests.

    Another palace coup in Australia

Ill allow a week to cancel Australia’s involvement in the fallacious global war on terror and return the troops back home but after that…I’ll simply add another name to the ever increasing list of war criminals.

Bloody hell, it was non stop Media coverage all day and a Party room vote that sealed Abbotts fate .and the ABC News 24 not pausing for breath .
Whether you like it or not, the Australian people don’t pick the PM as Abbott and Hockey tried in vain to portray . The Leader, and in this case, the PM is selected by the governing Party.
That has always been the case so nothing sinister there

It is my belief, the right wing powerful nuts moved to replace Abbott with Turnbull. One can see why, when one looks at latest Morgan poll. Labor up Government down.

Bishop the younger led a assassinate group to mow Abbott down, replace him with Turnbull. Malcolm was made an offer he couldn’t refuse. You can be PM as long as you don’t touch and of the policies we have in place.

Yes, it appears that the younger Bishop has learnt a lot from her mate Rudd.

When Abbott said no increase in 13750 asylum intake, Bishop was saying at the same time, the number would increase. Abbott was rolled by the cabinet over asistant to those fleeing Turkey camps. Rolled over amount of aid.

Bishop and cohorts decided over a week ago to run with axing Abbott. he had no hope. His goose was well and truly cooked. It is my belief that Bishop has been working on Turnbull since Fenruary. A google search will so this to be true.

I suspect Turnbull believes he can slowly change policy from within the front bench. he is having himself on.

Turnbull will quickly learn he has a choice to make. A choice that will be lose lose, never win win or even win.

He will either have to sell the public out, or those who installed him in the job.

Either he and us both lose.

One thought politics could not get lower or dirtier under Abbott.

    I am afraid they have.

Every move that Turnbull makes will have to be kept under close scrutiny.

Malcolm has John Howards soothing ability. A comforting tone on the captive audience. But he has a John Hewson touch about him with explanations. In these years of media finesse i would say the stage managing and by media will be much more proficient. Especially as politics post 9/11 is more about overbearance and telling or just doing behond the publics back.
The health troubles rose in WA along with the timing of Abbotts public asset selloff to Queensland.
Poor Anna?- It’s convenience in the script.
These are post boom choices of management and direction and slipping in long old agenda’s.
Overbearance and the media is staging and running most of the show these days. The Murdoch print transition had some hiccoughs and frightened crap out of the high right ideals for a few years but heights and the global cabal are over the embarressment of exposure of the spy regime.
They just ignore the public, it’s easy. Sell their plunders as natural unchangeable part of life. And many of them do just believe that. The net rattles them, some of the truths and opposition. It makes them angry and abusive. But overall much resistance sold as such is distraction and funneling ploy and psyops.
Only a handfull of mining ops knocked back out of over 5000. 5000 that the public never knew about or told of like Glencore, who appear to some high defence buddies and favours right up high. Thats the media odds the public are up against concerning controls and profiteering.
Getting resources for nothing is a huge pastime in heights. Especially amongst Kissingers crowd and children here.
There’s always an excuse for it.
I see a high dive into public lives and funds as the boom dies off. The excuses for it are going to flow. A lot of things have changed except very bad old habits of management of Australians.
Much has geen got away with and indulged in and taken as a given for too long. The trails of inception are deep and defended amongst the structure and ilk of our system and management.
This happens- you’ve got to do this- etc etc etc.
Health and legal was highly considered and part of the given and drive and structure aim in the secret spy regime. Goes way back before the Dismissals murdered soldier, New Guinea Gold and mining ventures and Kissinger.
Before any NBN desicions come into play and huge overstuffed contracts to buddies and ilks and favours, Australian content needs to come on the agenda.
We have none except promises of Hollywood peanuts and handouts. Our youth have and have had little culture and arts. It shows badly aside the peasant art that fomes out in music.
Part of the dumbing down and subservience to market giants i suspect.
Malcolm? I’ve seen John Howards advice coming out in his attitude aside his own similar style , but, enough rope…. He will be heavily staged managed and as heights just does what it wants and media dresses the rest these days.
