Agility, or just plain shifty?
From failed ALP wannabe, to Liberal leader… NOW THAT’S AGILE??? 😯
After watching 7.30 with our less than illustrious leader Malcontent (The Polished ) Turdball, my grand realisation was that he’s nothing but a slimy, smarmy, lying piece of crap, that refuses to answer questions, and is only comfortable when in control.
Since then, we have had the alleged treasurer Snott Morescum and his sidekick Maniacal Conman, handing down the MYEFO, with the Turdball absolutely nowhere to be found. 😯
Now, it’s hardly surprising that the Turdball ran and hid, after the bad joke that is LNP “Fiscal management”??? 😛 As ably demonstrated once again in the rehash of the Abbott and Hockey 2014 fudgeit, laughingly called the 2015 MYEFO, which should really go under the acronym MYEFU (Mid Year Economic F@#^Up 😯
But having said that, his excuse for stabbing Abbott, was that the aforementioned Abbott was not up to good economic management, intimating that he would be! 😯 He obviously hasn’t learnt one of the most fundamental lessons, that seems to be a widespread LNP phenomena; and that lesson is, as I have previously written about on numerous occasions, “Self praise is no recommendation!” 😯
One can only surmise that, going on their well established economic incompetence, those that have made a fortune in the LNP have either achieved said fortune, by:
- sucking the life blood out of the public purse
- acting corruptly to gain personal advantage
- lying, cheating and stealing
- utilising insider knowledge for personal gain
- taking advantage of tax loopholes, tax avoidance schemes, and tax havens
- using and abusing others on their way up
- all of the above… and probably more 😛
But I digress 😯
So, despite Turdball’s, and pretty much every other LNP’ers, protestations that this is a newly minted, more caring and sharing, al singing all dancing, exciting time to be alive, and Australian, LNP government, the truth is anything but, and Morescum’s MYEFU proves indubitably, that all we’ve got is Abbott in a better suit, with a more disarming smile, and a positive spin on the same old policies that are anything but positive, or in the national interest. 🙄
And when Turdball claims that they have to be more “Agile”, what does that really mean?
Well to be agile means to “Move quickly and easily”
And to “Move” is also to “Shift” 😉 , so in conclusion, for all Malcontent’s talk of agile government, the real question is:
Agility, or just plain shifty?
And the jury is in with an overwhelming verdict of… Just plain SHIFTY! 😛

It’s the same malodious band playing just as tunelessly with a smarmy new neocon stooge conducting the drive to austerity.
Have been giving them a bit of stick on The Guardian the last few days.- the economic journo’s over there are stuck in the mainstream groupthink groove – unconsciously delivering the same old flawed metaphors that the corporate press pushes relentlessly. there are many commenters who are much better informed on the reality of practical sovereign currency issuing macroeconomics – you never know we might even reach critical mass one day and bring forth a conversion to the teachings of the master himself Bill Mitchell.
Speaking of Bill Mitchell, his blog on the Myefo is brilliant today, if you haven’t read it already it is here.
Hope you are keeping well and your recent personal crises have receded into the less painful past.

I usually read the comments section before I read the articles, cos as you say, many just follow the mainstream groupthink 😦
I haven’t read Bill Mitchell’s piece yet, but will get to it later today, all being well, so thanks for the link 🙂
Things have been pretty hectic, with more tests yesterday, and another appointment this morning 😦 then just one more next Wednesday with my lung specialist, should be the last for the year 🙂
But things are settling a bit now, which is good 🙂

Another good piece Truthy.. Also great meme. 🙂 Seems he’s always had an eye on the top job..any top job ! We are fed up watching his very annoying waltzing ‘agility’ while twirling his spectacles and waffling..
He’s an old fashioned, creaking, paint peeling wind up musical toy trying to make a comeback….is there a key in his back ? Remember those old metal ‘gollywog’ money boxes ? which when wound up would raise an arm and put a penny into its own mouth ..I think Turnbull comes from that time in history… Only these days the elderly fast fading glitter ball is putting OUR money into his Caymans account. 😦

Yes, it’s all about him 😈 and it is very infuriating watching and listening to him
And I’ve noticed of late, that a few of his contemporaries are also doing the Turdball twiddle with their glasses… Making a spectacle of themselves 😀
As one who has worn glasses since I was a teenager 😯 I find it really annoying, like he’s trying to look more intelligent than he actually is 🙄 when to me, it just makes him look indecisive, like he’s not sure what he’s doing with them, and whether he actually needs them or not.
I also find it distracting, which in his case is probably a good thing, cos if the people he’s talking to are distracted, then they may not realise that he’s just talking… while saying absolutely nothing 😯
The wind up gollywog is a good analogy, but he;’s increasingly looking like his spring is being overwound, and will shortly seize up… Or explode (My personal favourite 😯 )

Hey Truthy and your meme at the bottom really shifts the emphasis onto logic
What I mean by that is economic mismanagement was implied as reasoning for the spill and a regime leadership change.
He`s in Japan enjoying whale sushi and no doubt betraying Australian industry in JAFTA being innovative in his lies to us and quite agile at dispersing fiduciary responsibilities

You have hit the nail spot on, we have had, three word slogans soon forgotten, now we have 300 word slogans and at the half way mark most people have switched off even the journos holding the mics cannot ask a question not that they did with the 3 word slogans, so nothing has changed, The gurgler is fast approaching and this mob regardless of who is in the saddle is heading for it. Truffles reminds me of the track from “The Best of Peter Sellers” record ie the party political broadcast all waffle meaning nothing I suggest you google it and enjoy stay alert

Yes mate, Peter Sellers was brilliant 😀 but then I was brought up on the Goon Show, The Clithero Kid and The Navy Larks amongst other radio shows in the 60s, so that’s my sense of humour 😆 😆 Love it 😆

Hi Truthy, Great work! MT with his slimy hypocracy and glasses twiddling has become even more annoying than his predecessor. (if that’s possible!) Why does he carry them around held out in front of him like that? It’s like they’re some kind of prop he uses. Surely someone with his access to wealth & need for public image could afford contacts or bi-focals. People who work hard & use their hands virtually have to go for one or the other whether we like it or not. Since he doesn’t do either of the aforementioned, the glasses- twiddling tells a story all of its own. Let’s hope the public wake up soon or we are all doomed with this bunch of losers “leading us”.

It annoys people, because its sole purpose is to distract listeners as to what he really IS saying, or NOT saying. That is why he does it.

I don’t think I should have blogged yesterday seeing my penalty rate may be cut back, another Tones and sloppy joe brain fart, slowly slowly catchy monkey once again the bottom end of the foodchain people are targetted I really really dislike the fiberals as each day goes by.

This is the same mob, Fairwork, that fined Craig Thomson nearly half a mill for a few thousand dollars that he ran out of money to fight, after the rest of the charges were dropped 😯
On that same formula, Katy Jackson and their own Michael Lawless should be fined around half a billion or so 😯 I wonder when they’ll be getting that bill??? ❓
