Said the Turdball to the Bishop
Well, what a start to the election campaign?
The starters gun has yet to be fired, and the Turdball/Morescum fudgeit has already been labeled a fraud.
In QT this week, Morescum didn’t know what day it was, Turdball made a complete arse of himself, including in an inteview with David Speers, on Sky, and Maths Conman in a doorstop, took up the waffling mantle and ran with it, before the questions got too hard for him, and then …. He just ran 😯
And the entire LNP, in QT looked like the family pet had just died 😦
And I’ve written my first poem of the election campaign 😀
Said the Turdball to the Bishop.
Said the Turdball to the Bishop
I am fabulous it’s true
But the rabid right wing legacy
Has dumped us in the poo
And the Abbott’s still there lingering
Like a rotten right wing stink
And working to discredit me
The nasty little fink
👿
He’s a man devoid of principles
And completely lacking class
Who won’t accept the simple fact
We dumped his sorry arse
And despite my popularity
Which no one can deny
He’s dragging this great party down
No matter what I try
😡
And with the election looming
And our numbers heading south
And the journos starting to question
Every utterance from my mouth
We’re in a spot of bother
And my plans have gone awry
As my PMship is sinking
And it makes me want to cry
😥
Cos we all know that I’m fabulous
The smartest one around
And I don’t need expert modelling
Cos my un-common sense is sound
And the people need to understand
I’m exactly what they need
To save them from the ALP
And foster personal greed
😛
And the wealthy must get richer
For the wealth to trickle down
That’s why us LNPee’ers
Wear the economics crown
And although some think that “trickle down”
Is just a right wing fable
There are always crumbs a’falling
From the wealthy’s banquet table
😯
And with jobs and growth our focus
Giving tax back to the rich
And tax breaks for the businesses
Helping scratch that fiscal itch
I don’t care what the lefty’s say
It’s not a war of class
And if the plebes don’t like it
They can kiss my wealthy arse
😛
Thought the Bishop of the Turdball
I am loyal through and through
But if your numbers don’t improve
We’ll dump a Turdball too
You’ve stolen Labors policies
Cos you’ve got none of your own
And the others that you’ve stuck with
Show you as an Abbott clone
🙄
Said the Bishop to the Turdball
I’m a loyal deputy
And we’ll clearly stick together
To defeat the ALP
but we’ll need much more than slogans
And the Muddick MSM
To placate the angry masses
Cos the Abbott lied to them
😦
So the budget must deliver
Or we’ll take a major hit
And all your political capital
Won’t be worth a pinch of shit
And we wrote off Billy Shorten
But the truth is plain to see
That we’ve underestimated
The bloody ALP
😡
And the journos have all started
Asking questions on our budget
That clearly show the voters
That all that we’ve done is fudge it
And the bloody Labor party
In their damned budget reply
Have taken all our premises
And blown them all sky high
😡
And the ten year fiscal outlook
Has sidetracked our fiscal plan
As our claim of Labor’s big black hole
Has been flushed straight down the pan
All because the ten year treasury costing
For smokes excise was low
They’re claiming that the dollar cost
Of tax cuts we should show
😛
Said the Turdball to the Bishop
All’s not lost, you still have me
And I’m doing everything I can
To save the LNP
So I’ll get out there and sell myself
With a smile they can’t resist
And I’ll just have one more glass of Grange
So they don’t think that I’m pissed
😀
Said the Turdball to the people
At this time your choice is clear
To endorse my plan for jobs and growth
And kick Bill Shorten’s rear
Or vote for lower house prices
And wasting cash on public health
And funding bloody Gonski
And more services by stealth
😯
Said the people to the Turdball
Of the lies and spin, we’re sick
And your fear and smear agenda shows
Just like Abbott, you’re a dick
You think you’re the smartest in the room
An ex lawyer and ex banker
And soon to be ex Ptime Minister
But you’ll always be a wanker!
😛
Great stuff Truthy,
I’ll bet the Turdball is wishing he hadn’t been quite so hasty inviting the GG to open the DD party.
The unexpected left turn in the polls have startled the LNP – in panic they have become clumsier than usual as the realisation sets in that they will likely suffer an ignominious eviction from the Govt. benches in July.
What an achievement that will be – from ‘know-it-alls’ waving an empty ‘Real Solutions’ plan around in 2013, to being exposed as no-nothing, selfserving incompetent corporate sponsored muddlers in only one term.
Can anyone name a pre-election promise they have fulfilled – that is without resort to armed high sea naval intervention and subcontracted uncontrolled remote concentration camps?
Without a doubt the worst, most embarrassing, most inept, most clueless Australian government I have ever experienced in my 60+ years.

Hey John 🙂
Thanks mate 😀
Yes, and they’ve wedged themselves so far into the DD corner, that like many others, I’m thinking that the GG may well be called upon (wink wink) to say no to his request on some spurious excuse, as payback for his knighthood and appointment 😯
Cos that’s the only way he can get out of it without looking even more of a knob than he already does 😛
And it was interesting that commentators on Lateline last night were saying that the latest published polls had them at 50-50, 😯 when the latest published polls that I’ve seen show the ALP up to 4 points ahead, and the missing newspoll was reported t show them 6 points ahead TPP 😛
The just can’t help themselves 😈
Cheers 🙂

Hi JB and yes mate I can tell you of promises the LNP kept
1-they abolished the Price on Carbon [CT] with the help of Greens who backed PUP and Clive personally with preferences to backdoor their support for repeal
2-Same for MRRT

Hi BH,
My thoughtlessness – In my naivety I overlooked the promises detrimental to the planet benefiting their corporate sponsors – how careless one becomes when surrounded by deceitful misinformation from these vandalous buffoons.
Now…. to count promises beneficial to citizens and mankind – one finger only is needed, and that is to give them the universally understood salute on election day.

Great poem again, Truthy! The looks on their faces say it all. EVen if the GG were to say no there would be no saving them. Now that the people have started to wake up to them, they’ll lose their nerve even more. Collectively, they are the most hopeless bunch of frauds that ever existed and worst Australian government ever. Even the rusted on conservatives in my rusted on town are having their doubts. These people have never had doubts in their lifetimes so it speaks volumes. MT’s suaveness won’t be enough to win the election. And Cormann would have us believe that he’s working on his plan for jobs and growth at home with his baby on his knee. How dumb does he think people are?

Yes, they have certainly lost a lot of the political capital they had with Turdball, and health and education cuts are really hitting home for many 😯

I very much doubt that Goldman Sachs staff members spend as much time coming up with fitting poems to suit the political speeches of the current muppet ”Malcolm” HELL the program is global which indicates that he must have a subscription
Do you really believe he comes up with this shit all on his own, he doesn’t… he receives his clues from across the big pond.
So whom’s interest is he really serving if not that of the electorate?
In short, since politicians are under ”political oath” has it occurred to any of you that they might be breaking this oath they’re under.
If so…then why is nothing done about this? — O wait such a response requires the approval of serious alphabet soup.
Darn the consequences if I did not post this in the right section or the section police might come after me like a tonne of poor quality mud bricks.
So much for freedom of speech, no many people appear to take note how this cherished civil right is diminishing while propping up the very politicians that are denying this undeniable human right.
The complete and utter arrogance to suggest that they’re doing this to protect our freedoms?
Then what happened to upholding that political oath?
O wait, I could still be in the wrong section, no doubt some time very soon the section police will come along and direct me towards the soap box where they can ignore me or try wash my mouth…with soap and remind me what bad boy I’ve been.

If and when you have the time….Lets explore political oaths, far as I understand this — it more than appears that this vital aspect of politics has been ingloriously cast aside while this might be the only leverage that the public will ever have over government, specially in case a coup has occurred and where the successor of that coup is a former CEO/insider of a major global banking cartel.
Failing to respect the political oath in the ”event” while willingly catering to the agenda of the transnational financial elite.
f.e. If Gough Whitlam — IMO a true patriot — could have been cast aside than why isn’t the same principle applied to the puppets that currently make up the LNP but are ruining the nation.
Or like they say, We may find that in our society just like a murky pond…the scum rises to the top

Yes, I agree, but the current iteration of the ALP are sticking to their principles, which the LNP, by contrast, are sadly lacking. Having said that, I would rather they stuck to their principles, than become like the LNP sociopathic crooks 😯
Oaths are only as good as the morals and standards of the person taking them, and as we know, the LNPee’ers have neither morals or standards, so an expectation of some level honour amongst them is an unrealistic expectation, that will never be realised 😦
And the scum does always rise to the top, but hopefully that will afford us the opportunity to skim it off at this election. and get to the clean water beneath 🙂

Oaths are only as good as the morals and standards of the people taking them — How very true, at the same time we should not allow those that have taken oaths to uphold and protect the constitution to neglect them.
Then this popped up — ”Was your oath sincere?” — https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q4AKkF97fcE
They’ll only get away with it if we let them.
Who will hold Malcolm the former CEO of Goldman Sachs Australia accountable to his political oath, or should the financial interests of a minority — the ”investment class” — have right of way over that of the electorate?
That’s just one of the reasons why I believe the former lawyer for Kerry Packer is in a conflict of interest, according to his political oath he should give priority to the interests of the nation, as opposed to catering to the agenda of the financial elite by blindly accepting the corporately designed TPP and it’s ISDS provisions.

Hey SF 🙂
Yes, their oaths should definitely be binding, and there should be severe penalties for politicians breaking them, but when you see the AFP being so blatantly partisan, and unprincipled in the way they execute their powers, it’s hard to see how a simple oath could be enforced 😦
But maybe a party’s election commitments should be subjected to the same laws as a company’s prospectus? 😯
That might get them worried 😀

Lovely (^^,)
The Oath of Allegiance (Australia)
The various oaths all read very similar, however it says nothing about protecting the nation against harm when that originates from within the system.
The armed forces are also under oath however they do not appear to be allowed to differentiate between just and unjust orders.
The inclusion of the ISDS in f.e. the TPP goes against the oath since the TPP is about the ceding of sovereignty, as you know it’s a great big power grab, designed for and by the investment class, that last thing on their mind is the health and well being of the electorate.
